Returns
If we have not yet shipped the game to you, you may ask for a refund. Please email us at support@triplepointpublishing.com.au and we'll organise it.
Purchases made within Australia are covered by Australian Consumer Law: https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/consumer-guarantees
Purchases outside of Australia or the scope of the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and we'll do our best. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds are for the amount of AUD we received from the purchase. Merchant fees taken by Shopify and credit card processing fees are not refunded.
Replacement Parts
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@triplepointpublishing.com.au and we'll organise a replacement part from your nearest fulfillment centre.
Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of spare or replacement parts beyond one year after the date of purchase. Replacements may come from a different print run or batch and may not be colour equivalent.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us for the address of your nearest returns centre. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
